Lucius Venuleius Apronianus (Consul 123)
Lucius Venuleius Montanus Apronianus Octavius Priscus (* around 90) was a Roman politician and senator of the 2nd century AD.
Apronianus, whose father Lucius Venuleius Montanus Apronianus was a suffect consul in 92 , was a high municipal official from Pisa . His son of the same name was consul in 168.
Before his praetoric career, Apronianus sevir equitum Romanorum (leader of a squadron of Roman knights), as a candidate for Emperor Trajan , he was quaestor and praetor . In 123 Apronianus became a full consul . It was not until 138/139 that he became proconsul of the province of Asia .
