Ludwig Lanckow
Ludwig Lanckow (* 1845 in Düsseldorf ; † 1908 in Hamburg ) was a German artist from the Düsseldorf School of Painting .
Lanckow studied painting at the Royal Prussian Art Academy in Düsseldorf . He then worked in the Willingshausen painters' colony from 1875 to 1892 and became a member of the artist group “Der Schwalm” .
Ludwig Lanckow dealt exclusively with landscape painting. He took part in several art exhibitions in Hanover, Cologne, Bremen, Berlin, Vienna and Breslau.
