Ludwig of Tübingen

Count Palatine Ludwig von Tübingen († 1294 ) was Count von Horb .

He was the youngest son of Count Palatine Hugo IV of Tübingen . In 1287 he sold a farm, a chapel and the tithe barn to the Kniebis monastery . In July 1289 he started a trip abroad in the affairs of King Rudolf, that is, he probably took part in the military campaign against Count Otto of Burgundy. In the same year he donated the town of Huzenbach to the Reichenbach monastery .

He died unmarried, after his death Horb came to the Counts of Hohenberg through his sister Luitgard , who was married to Burkhard IV. Von Hohenberg .
