Luigi Asioli (singer)

Luigi Asioli (around 1767 in Correggio - November 17, 1815 in London ) was an Italian singer and composer .

Life

At first Asioli was employed as a singer for the Minister Comte de Micheroux in Naples. He then went to Palermo and in 1804 to London with Lady Beverly. He also composed numerous vocal quartets, duets and arias. These appeared in London between 1805 and 1825.

Probably the composer Bonifazio Asioli is his brother.
