Luigi Bellini

Luigi Bellini (* 1885 , † 1946 ) was an Italian sociologist who strove to develop a Catholic sociology.

Bellini was heavily influenced by the Catholic theorists Giuseppe Toniolo and Luigi Sturzo . His Catholic sociology was based on the idea of providential social harmony . Bellini was a radical critic of evolutionism , which he viewed as a perversion of Christian teaching.
