Luis Alberto Martínez
Luis Alberto Martínez Ramírez (born March 17, 1973 in Paysandú ) is a Uruguayan road cyclist.
Luis Alberto Martínez, who took part in the South American Games for Uruguay in 1998 and 2002 , won a stage in the 1999 Rutas de América Tour . In the 2003 season he was second overall at the Rutas de America and the Vuelta Ciclista del Uruguay . In the same year he also took part in the Pan American Games . In 2004 Martínez won the tenth stage of the Vuelta Ciclista del Uruguay. At the Rutas de America he was third overall in 2004 and 2005 and second in 2006. In the 2009 season he was successful there in the team time trial and won the Vuelta del Paraguay in 2010 .
