Luis monument
A Luisendenkmal is a monument that in most cases is dedicated to the popular Prussian Queen Luise (1776–1810). Especially in regions that did not belong to Prussia before 1945 , other bearers of this first name may also have been honored with the monuments. In addition to the classic memorial form with a statue , bust or portrait relief, there are also so-called Luisentempel or honors without figurative representation, e.g. B. memorial stones with inscriptions.
