architecture
It is a broad, eaves brick building in two-storey construction under a hipped roof . Symmetrical division into three building sections, each of which - as vertical accentuation - is separated by wall templates crowned by pinnacle towers or set at the outer corners. The horizontal emphasis not only performs a Sohlbankgesims in the central wing, a swept Trepp cornices under the nearly overhanging eaves .
The middle wing of the building also shows a symmetrical structure. The entire building is accessed here through a high-rise entrance niche on the right and left and flanking three central windows. The upper floor is exposed to five arched windows . The two side building sections are identical in shape and design. Three windows in an even row on each of the two floors. The windows on the ground floors are all in upright format with arched ends and a brick sill . Formulated analogously - only with higher dimensions - are the entrances to the central wing framed with natural stone. All windows on the upper floor are finished with a round arch.
All the window openings are walled up on the two-axis side front facing Alexianer Straße, similarly framed with a stair cornice and a fial-crowned wall template. In front of the first blind window is a figure of Joseph from the Alexian Monastery, carried by a console and protected by a canopy .
