The building at Luitpoldplatz 16 in Sulzbach-Rosenberg , a town in the Upper Palatinate district of Amberg-Sulzbach , was built in the first half of the 19th century. The former arable bourgeois house in a central location is a protected architectural monument .

description

The two-storey, plastered solid building in the classicism style has a basket arched door . The house with seven window axes facing the street is covered by a gable roof that is hipped on one side .

Parts of previous buildings have been preserved in the basement and on the ground floor. Since the completion of the repair, the basement rooms have been used as guest rooms.

In 2016, the owner Hans Ertel received the monument protection medal of the Free State of Bavaria for the exemplary restoration of the house .
