The Lunzua Falls of the Lunzua River , which flows into the southern end of Lake Tanganyika , are in the northern province of Zambia .
The Lunzua Falls are 20 kilometers from Mbala towards Mpulungu and 30 kilometers through the bush through the village of Chitimbwe. They are comparatively unknown. With a 200 m drop over a distance of two river kilometers, i.e. a whole series of waterfalls, they are worth a visit together with the nearby, much better known Kalambo Falls with 221 m direct drop and entry.
