Lutz Niemann is a German cook.

Career

After completing his training, Niemann worked in Praia do Forte in Brazil in 1988 . In 1989 he attended the master school.

Since 1990 he has been head chef in the Orangerie restaurant in the Hotel Maritim Timmendorfer Strand . The restaurant has been awarded one star in the Michelin Guide since 1994 and 17 Gault Millau points since 2010 .
