The Lucifer Tower , also known as Ihlinger Tor , in Horb am Neckar , a town in the Freudenstadt district in the southwest of Baden-Württemberg , was first mentioned in 1273. The city gate on Neckarstrasse served as a prison for so-called witches who were possessed by Lucifer .

The street from Ihlingen , leading from west to east, allowed entry through the Lucifer Tower into the old town of Horb, which is enclosed by an almost rectangular city wall.

In the second floor of the tower gate served behind the small window opening towards the upper embrasure the timbered from wooden planks walls Ruebkammer as hexene prison.

In the 1980s a restaurant was set up in the tower.
