Lykastus (eponym)
Lykastus ( Greek Λύκαστος ), son of Minos and Itone , is a figure in Greek mythology .
He was the eponym of the ancient Cretan city of Lykastos. With his wife Ide he fathered the sons Minos, Sarpedon and Rhadamanthys, who found their way into mythology as grandsons of the ancient rulers of the same name.
