The Lymphonodi [Lnn.] Retroauriculares ("lymph nodes located behind the ear"), according to the latest nomenclature Nodi lymphoidei (Nll.) Retroauriculares , are a group of lymph nodes on the human head, which are located behind the ear on the mastoid process under the auricular muscle are located posteriorly . The catchment area (tributary area) are the crown area and the back of the auricle . The lymph drainage goes to the deep cervical lymph nodes .
