Mærsk Supply Service is a Danish shipping company and part of the APMøller Mærsk Group . The company manages various types of ships for offshore service, e.g. B. Utilities, tugs and cable layers.
The company's history begins in 1967 with the supply ship Mærsk Supplier . Mærsk Supply mainly supplies oil rigs with supplies, raises, lowers and transports anchors, or moves oil rigs. The fleet is currently being expanded. The expansion is expected to be completed in 2012. Since 2005 Mærsk Supply Service has been part of the APMøller Mærsk Group and no longer part of the Mærsk Line .
The company currently has more than 60 ships - 9 more are under construction. With offices in Singapore , Great Britain , Nigeria , Canada , Brazil and Egypt , the company operates worldwide.
