The Möllereisstrom is a glacier in West Antarctica and a tributary to the Filchner-Ronne Ice Shelf . The ice current flowing in a northerly direction has an ice thickness of a maximum of 1100 to 1200 meters. The ice stream was named in 1987 after the geodesist Dietrich Möller in recognition of his services in the field of glacial geodetic work on the mass budget and the dynamics of ice shelves and ice sheets .
