Stockau Mill
The former Stockau mill in Reichertshofen , a market town in the Upper Bavarian district of Pfaffenhofen an der Ilm , was built in the 19th and 20th centuries. The former paper mill and later rye mill is a protected architectural monument .
The elongated, two-storey and structured plastered building with a mansard half-hipped roof was built around 1826. The grain silo, a multi-storey reinforced concrete skeleton structure with a mansard roof broken several times and a crowning tower, was built in 1919/20.
The mill was shut down in 1996 and the buildings have been falling into disrepair ever since.
