The residential building Mühlenstrasse 194 is in the Rheydt district in Mönchengladbach ( North Rhine-Westphalia ).

The building was built in 1901/02. It was entered in the monuments list of the city of Mönchengladbach on December 15, 1987 under no. M 029 .

The old Mühlenstrasse connects Friedrich-Ebert-Strasse with the Geneicken district.

House no.194 forms a group of three together with houses no.192 and 190. The corner house, which was built in 1901/02, has three storeys and a large gable facing Mühlenstrasse with its main facade , and two storeys and a one-storey extension towards Eschenbrüchergasse . This side view is eaves .

The overall well-preserved, preserved building is a fine example of historicist building within the group of three. As typical of the time and place of origin, it is worth preserving.
