history

The brewery was first mentioned in a document in 1768 due to the name of the owner at the time as Brodmannsche Bierbrauerei . After four generations, the company was sold in 1861. After several changes of ownership, Josef Müller married the daughter of the owner at the time in 1894. Since then, the brewery has been called Müllerbräu . After handing over to Karl Müller (1923) and Reinhard Müller (1967), Reinhard Müller jun. the enterprise. The output generated by 30 employees is around 25,000 hectoliters per year.

Products

The product range includes the beer types Neuöttinger Export , Neuöttinger Dunkel , Naturally cloudy cellar beer , U-Unfiltered , Neuöttinger Pils , Frischhopfenpils , Halsbacher Pandurentrunk and Millennium Bock .

Wheat beers in the range are light whites , dark whites , light whites and non-alcoholic whites .

Seasonal is summer Hans , Spring White and Neuöttinger Bockser made.

Mixed drinks are Neuöttinger Radler , Neuöttinger Dudler and Neuöttinger Jodler .

In addition, a further 15 non-alcoholic soft drinks are produced under the brand names Neuli and Nawinta .

Is bottled both in Kronkorkenflaschen , flip-top bottles and screw cap .

Awards

By October 2019 the beers from Müllerbräu had received 85 DLG medals and four European Beer Star .
