Münchshecke

Münchshecke is a former district of the city of Siegburg in the Rhein-Sieg district . Today the place belongs to the district Kaldauen and only one street name reminds of it.

location

Münchshecke is north of the Sieg in about 100  m above sea level. NHN . The neighboring village is next to Kaldauen Seligenthal . The Wahnbachtalsperre is located northeast of Münchshecke .

history

Until 1956 Münchshecke belonged to the mayor's office and to the Lauthausen office . In 1910, Münchshecke had three households: carpenter Gustav Dichardt, day laborer Johann Linden and farm worker Johann Hubert Linden.
