MABDA English Monograph Series

MABDA English Monograph Series is an Islamic, bilingual religious publication series in English and Arabic that is also available online. MABDA is an abbreviation for Arabic المركز الملكي للبحوث والدراسات الإسلامية, DMG al-Markaz al-Malakī li-l-Buḥūṯ wa-d-Dirāsāt al-Islāmīya ; engl. The Royal Islamic Strategic Studies Center , roughly: “Royal Center for Research and Islamic Studies” (see Royal Aal al-Bayt Institute for Islamic Thought ). The series has been published since 2008. It is in charge of Prince Ghazi bin Muhammad , a cousin of the Jordanian King Abdullah II.

It contains important documents on Islamic inter-religious dialogue and on Muslim-Christian dialogue ( Amman Message , A Common Word Between Us and You ).
