history

After the club was founded in 1908, the football team was promoted to the Middle Elbe Gau for the 1914/15 season during the First World War within the central German championship of the VMBV . With 12:10 points, the class could then also be held in fourth place. After the end of the war, many divisions were combined and the team only played second class from then on. From this, the team got down again sometime later. For the 1925/26 season , the team then returned to the meanwhile again first-class Gauliga Mittelelbe . At the end of the season, with 2:34 points, the team was immediately relegated from last place.

After the National Socialists came to power, the team was then classified in the lower-class game operation of the Gau Mitte . In this, the team met in a preliminary round game of the Tschammerpokal 1940 on June 18 on SuS Madgedburg , against whom the team, after a 0: 1 half-time lead of the opponent, was able to prevail with 2: 1. But then you couldn't qualify for the finals.

For the 1944/45 season , the team was then once again incorporated into the Gauliga Mitte , there again in the Madgeburg-Schönebeck district . Nothing is known about games played this season. However, this was not played to the end due to the ongoing Second World War . After the end of the war, the association was also dissolved.
