MOS burger
MOS Burger ( Japaneseモ ス バ ー ガ ーmosu bāgā , but the company logo is written in Latin script) is a Japanese fast food chain based in Shinagawa , Tokyo . The name MOS is an acronym from the English words mountain ( Berg ), ocean ( sea ) and sun ( solar ).
There are branches mainly in Japan , but also in East China , South Korea , Hong Kong , Malaysia , Singapore , Taiwan and Hawaii .
MOS Burger offers a variety of hamburgers , including so-called “rice burger” (actually sandwiches made from rice dough ). The best-selling hamburger from MOS Burger is the "Chiliburger".
In contrast to some of the large American fast food chains, the food at MOS Burger is not kept warm in advance. This results in a longer waiting time for customers. MOS Burger also differs slightly from its competitors in terms of price, since no special offer campaigns are carried out.
