Mac IG

The Macintosh Interest Group for short Mac IG is the umbrella organization of individual Apple Macintosh user groups in German-speaking countries. Mac IGs are available in various cities in Germany, Austria and Switzerland and are assigned to the "MUG" = Macintosh User Group .

The individual groups are not registered associations, but rather casual meetings of Macintosh users and interested guests. The meetings usually take place in restaurants, universities or club houses.

The Mac IGs are open to all users and enthusiasts of Apple computers, whether they are home users or professionals. The local groups specifically oppose any form of club dairy and offer free help, purchase advice, hold lectures, organize meetings and private contacts and run Mac flea markets.

Guests and interested parties are always welcome at the regular meetings (usually monthly) ...
