Magdeburg town clerk
The Magdeburger Stadtschreiber is a literary scholarship awarded annually by the city of Magdeburg to German-speaking authors since 2013 .
The scholarship is endowed with 1200 euros per month. In addition, an apartment free of charge will be made available. The prerequisite is that the winner lives and works in Magdeburg from March 1st to September 30th. It is also expected that the winner will participate in Magdeburg's cultural life and hold several readings.
