Magnús Ásgeirsson

Magnús Ásgeirsson (born November 9, 1901 in Reykir, † July 30, 1955 in Hafnarfjörður ) was an Icelandic translator and poet . He became known for his adaptations of mainly Scandinavian poetry. Ásgeirsson studied Icelandic and worked as a librarian from 1941.
