Mahmud Fachri Pasha

Mahmud Fachri Pascha CBE ( Arabic محمود فخري باشا; * 1884 ; † 1955 ) was an Egyptian diplomat and politician .

Life

Mahmud Fachri Pasha was a son of Husain Fachri Pasha , who was Prime Minister of Egypt from January 15 to 18, 1893 , and the grandson of Safwat Pasha. His brother was Jafar Fachri Bey. On May 12, 1919, in Cairo, he married Princess Faukia of Egypt, the eldest daughter of Fu'ad I.

Mahmud Fachri Pasha was chamberlain , foreign minister and son-in-law of Fu'ad I.
