Mai Nakachi ( Japanese 中 地 舞 , Nakachi Mai ; born December 16, 1980 in Chiba Prefecture ) is a former Japanese soccer player .
Career

She started her career at Nippon TV Beleza , where she played from 1997 to 2010. In 2010 she ended her playing career.
National team
Nakachi was appointed to the Japanese national team in 1997 and was used in the 1997 Asian Women's Cup . She was named to the squad for the 1999 and 2003 World Cup . In total, she played 30 international matches for Japan.
