Maid Halilović (born May 1, 1976 in Tojšići near Kalesija ) is a Bosnian turbo folk singer . Halilović has published numerous songs and albums since the beginning of his career.

life and work

Maid Halilović was born in Tojšići, a small town near the Bosnian town of Kalesija , in 1976 , where he also spent his childhood. In his youth, Halilović left his native Bosnia and moved to Sweden , where he still lives today.

music

Maid Halilović dedicates most of his songs to his native Bosnia. The Podrinje region, where his hometown Tojšići is located, is also a frequent theme in his songs. His most successful songs are Puste Pare Proklete from 2012 and Otišao Babo from 2015.

Halilović mostly gives concerts in Bosnia. In countries where numerous Bosniaks live, for example Germany, Austria or Switzerland, as well. In addition, he also appears on Bosnian television.
