Maike Nollen
Maike Nollen (born November 15, 1977 in East Berlin ) is a German canoeist .
The canoe racer from the KC Berlin-Charlottenburg won her first German championship title in a two-man kayak over 200 meters in 1998 . At the canoe racing world championships in 2002 , she was second over 500 meters and third over 200 meters with the four-person kayak . In 2004 she won bronze in a single kayak at the European Championships . At the 2004 Olympic Games in Athens she won the 500 m four-person kayak together with Birgit Fischer , Katrin Wagner and Carolin Leonhardt .
On March 16, 2005, she was awarded the Silver Laurel Leaf for her athletic achievements.
