Maina Tudu (born March 11, 1985 ) is an Indian author who writes in her native Santali . She comes from the state of Odisha .

Maina Tudu studied at Ambedkar University Delhi . In 2017 she was awarded the Yuva Puraskar of the Sahithya Akademi for her long poem Marsal Dahar, which was published in book form in 2016. In addition to this poetic text, Maina Tudu also published a collection of moral stories from her people, the Santal , as well as a grammar , Ol Chiki ara gaban, in 2014, and a dictionary of her mother tongue in 2015 . She also wrote a translation of the Ramayana into Santali.
