The Malaysia Open 1937 in badminton took place from December 4th to 7th, 1937 at the Happy World Stadium in Singapore . They were the premiere edition of this championship. In the semi-finals of the men's singles, the eventual winner AS Samuel advanced without a fight against Tan Kon Leong , and Seah Eng Hee defeated SA Durai with 15-12 and 15-2.
