Sir Malcolm Rory Colquhoun, 9th Baronet (born December 20, 1947 ) is a British school owner and Scottish clan chief .

He is the eldest son of Sir Ivar Colquhoun, 8th Baronet (1916-2008) and Kathleen Nimmo Duncan († 2007). He was educated at Eton College , Windsor .

In 1978 he married Susan Timmerman for the first time. With her he has a son. The marriage was divorced in 1983. In 1989 he married Katharine AH Mears for the second time. With her he has a son and a daughter.

Together with his second wife, he runs Northcote Lodge and Broomwood Hall , two primary schools in London .

On the death of his father on January 31, 2008, he inherited the nobility title of Baronet , created in 1786 , of Luss in the County of Argyllshire , as well as the extensive property of the family. He has also been the 33rd Chief of Clan Colquhoun since then .
