The Maleit Lake (Engl. Lake Maleit ) is located in the southern Sudanese state of Warrap , and covers an area of 250 square kilometers of the population serves as a fishing ground.

The lake is located around 20 kilometers south of Warrap and around 75 kilometers east of Wau . It is located in a small endorheic basin, is no more than 4 meters deep and surrounded by marshland and seasonally flooded area.
