Maneepong Jongjit ( Thai : มณี พงศ์ จง จิตร ; * March 21, 1991 in Phuket ) is a Thai badminton player .

Athletic career

As a junior Maneepong Jongjit recorded his first major success when he reached the quarterfinals of the 2008 Junior Badminton World Championships in doubles with Bodin Isara . At the Southeast Asian Games in 2009, however, they were eliminated in the second round. At the Korea International Challenge 2009 they made it to the semifinals, at the Proton Malaysia International Challenge 2009 to the final. They were also able to advance to the semifinals at the Thailand Open 2009. They even made the Smiling Fish International Series 2009 victorious, after they were eliminated in the semifinals the year before. Nationally, they did a lot better when they became Thai champions in men's doubles in 2009 .

In addition to his activities in men's doubles, Maneepong Jongjit also regularly starts in mixed. In 2009 Rodjana Chuthabunditkul won the junior world championship in this discipline . With her he also won the Thai title in 2009.
