Manfred Barth (archer)

Manfred Barth (born July 31, 1945 in Hamburg ) is a German archer .

Barth, who was already in the extended Olympic squad in 1975, competed at the 1988 Olympic Games in Seoul and finished 54th in the individual, and with the team he reached 18th place.

Barth started for the Hamburg archery guild .

In 1987 Barth became double vice European champion in the hall - in singles and with the team, with which he was able to repeat this success two years later. National successes were a third place at the German Championships in 1976, a second in 1983 and the title in 1987, which he won again in 1989. In 1990 he finally came second again.
