Manfred Holodynski

Manfred Holodynski (born July 28, 1957 in Hanover ) is a German developmental psychologist at the Westphalian Wilhelms University of Münster .

He studied psychology and education at Bielefeld University until 1984 , received his doctorate in 1990 and qualified as a professor in 1997 in the field of motivational and emotional development. For his dissertation he received the Dissertation Prize of the Westfälisch-Lippische Universitätsgesellschaft . After several years of working as a research assistant, he was a lecturer at the Faculty of Psychology and Sports Science at Bielefeld University from 1998 to 2004 . After teaching there in the development and education unit , he took over the position of deputy chair of developmental psychology in 2004 . In June 2005 he was appointed adjunct professor at the Faculty of Psychology and Sports Science.

Since April 2006 he has been a university professor at the Institute for Psychology in Education at the Westphalian Wilhelms University in Münster for the chair of “Developmental Psychological Requirements for Education and Teaching”.
