Manfred Lepa

Manfred Lepa (born March 5, 1936 in Wuppertal ) was a judge at the Federal Court of Justice from 1982 to 2001 .

After completing his legal training, Lepa joined the judicial service of the state of North Rhine-Westphalia in 1964 . After he had been seconded to the Federal Ministry of Justice as a research assistant, he switched to the administrative service and was first appointed to the senior government council , later to the government director and the ministerial councilor.

In 1982 Lepa was elected judge at the Federal Court of Justice. The Presidium referred him to the VI. Civil Senate to which he belonged during the entire time he was a member of the Federal Court of Justice, from 1996 also as deputy chairman.

On March 31, 2001, Lepa retired.
