Manfred Plobner

Manfred Plobner (born September 23, 1938 in Oelsnitz / Erzgeb. ) Is a German politician ( SPD ). From 1990 to 1999 he was a member of the state parliament of Saxony .

Plobner attended high school, where he graduated from high school, in Lichtenstein in Saxony.
