Manfred Spieß

Manfred Spieß (born June 29, 1940 in Sondershausen ) is a former German CDU politician . He was a member of the Thuringian state parliament in the 1st electoral period 1990–1994 .

Spieß obtained his professional qualification as a hauer in 1957, and then worked as an employee until 1973. From 1973 he was managing director of the CDU district association and the CDU office in Apolda . In 1979, Spieß completed his studies with a degree in state science .

Spieß was a member of the Apolda district council from 1974 to 1991.

Spieß lives in Mellingen . He is Protestant, married and has three children.
