Manfred Rainer Hubert Adolph Franz-Joseph Waldenmair-Lackenbach (born June 14, 1956 in Vienna ) is an Austrian communications consultant and entrepreneur. He is also active as an author and visual artist.

Life and career

During his history and art history studies, Manfred Waldenmair-Lackenbach was policy and culture advisor of the JES - Young European Student Initiative and its deputy federal chairman from 1976 to 1981 . Since 1977 he has been a member of the KÖHV Singership Waltharia Wien . He was also the publisher and editor-in-chief of the literary magazine “Der neue Pegasus” from 1977 to 1979.

After completing his doctorate in 1981 and a brief stint at the Austrian daily newspaper Die Presse , he initially worked as a customer advisor at the advertising agency Promota and as an agency manager at the PR agency ProPress. He then founded the communication agency MWK and built up the advertising agency Lieben.Rath.Waldenmair with partners. In 1998 the agency be.public Corporate & Financial Communications was founded. With this agency, he oversaw several capital market transactions, such as the secondary public offering for voestalpine and the IPO of Austrian Post .

Manfred Waldenmair-Lackenbach is married and has three children. He is a sponsor of the Vienna State Opera and a member of the Rotary Club Vienna North-East and in the Jockey Club Austria.
