The Manhaul rock is a distinctive rocky outcrop in the south of Signy Iceland in the archipelago of the South Orkney Islands . It towers south of Garnet Hill and did not emerge from the ice surrounding it until the 1970s.
Scientists of the British Antarctic Survey named it in 2004 after the transport of material they carried out by pulling transport sleds ( English manhauling ) in this area.
