Manius Acilius Faustinus was a Roman politician and senator from the gens Acilia .

His father was Manius Acilius Glabrio , consul in 186. Faustinus became ordinary consul in 210 together with Aulus Triarius Rufinus ; this is evidenced by a military diploma dated January 7, 210.
