Manmad is a city in the Indian state of Maharashtra .

The city is part of the Nashik District . Manmad has Municipal Council status . The city is divided into 29 wards . On the cut-off date of the 2011 census, it had 80,058 inhabitants, of which 40,816 were men and 39,242 women. Hindus make up the majority of the city's population with a share of over 65%. The literacy rate in 2011 was 89.79%, well above the national average.

Manmad Station is an important hub for the Central Railway division of Indian Railways .

Bharat Petroleum has installed a station near Manmad that collects the petroleum products refineries and transports them to the inner part of Maharashtra. The oil is loaded into railroad cars and transported from there.
