Mansour Jafari Mamaghani (known as Mansour ; born July 28, 1971 in Tehran ) is an Iranian singer, actor and composer. He lives in California (USA).

Life

Mansour Jafari Mamaghani spent early childhood in Iran and emigrated to the USA with his family. There he began recording his debut album in 1991. Ferferehayeh Bi Baad was released on Caltex Records in August 1994. In this album Mansour worked with some well-known Persian musicians such as Siavash Ghomayshi, Abdi Yamini, Hassan Shamaeizadeh and Manouchehr Cheshmazar. Poets such as Shahyar Ghanbari, Homayoun Hooshyarnejad and Masoud Fardmanesh were involved. In 1996 he brought Tasvir Akhar out, followed in 1997 Daricheh , 1998 Ghayegheh Kaghazi . Extracts from it became dance club successes. The greatest successes of this time were Sokooteh Shekasteh and Tasvireh Akhar by Tasvireh Akhar, Jashneh Setarehaa , Daricheh and Aghousheh zu and Parandehaaye Bi Vataan , also known as Nazanin , Chashmeh Siat and Yaadeh zu .

In 1999 Mansour began collaborating with composer Brian Wayy and lyric poet Paksima Zakipour and began writing songs. He compiled his fifth album Faghat Be Khatereh To (Only for You). When the album was officially released in March 2000, it became a huge commercial success. In addition to the title track, Eshgheh Atashy , Entezaar and Vaghty Nisti were known as decouples. Above all, Chashmaan Siah became popular in Afghanistan.

In 1999, filmmaker Babak Shokrian gave him the lead role in America So Beautiful . The film with Shohreh Aghdashloo was shown at film festivals in Berlin, Marrakech, Gothenburg and Los Angeles and received positive reviews.

In 2001 his album Zendegy was released , further albums followed. In memory of the victims of the severe earthquake in Iran on December 26, 2003 in Bam , he wrote the song Eidi Nadaram with Babak Rouzbeh , which he included in the 2004 album Farari . It became a bestseller in the Iranian market this year.

In 2008 he married his girlfriend Sogol.
