Manuel Felipe de Tovar
Manuel Felipe de Tovar (born January 1, 1803 in Caracas , Venezuela , † February 21, 1866 in Paris , France ) was a Venezuelan politician. From 1859 to 1861 he was President of Venezuela .
In 1852 Manuel Felipe de Tovar donated the land where the village is located for the residents of Colonia Tovar .
