Player career

Striker Pedersen, who played for the Rampla Juniors in 1954 , was also in the Montevidean squad in the 1958 season. That season he was the top scorer in the Primera División with twelve goals scored and thus contributed to the successful performance of his team, which were runners-up in Uruguay that year. Later he was also active for the Argentine club Club Atlético Atlanta . There he played in 1959 and was, for example, in a friendly against Peñarol on March 8, 1960 at the side of Walter Róque , Mario Griguol , Artime and Zubeldia on the field.
