Manuel Vieira Natividade

Manuel Vieira de Natividade (born April 20, 1860 in Casal do Rei , Alcobaça , † February 20, 1918 in Alcobaça ) was a Portuguese archaeologist.

Vieira Natividade graduated from Coimbra University . He organized several explorations in the caves of the Jurassic zone of Alcobaça. His studies of the iconography of the tombs of King Peter I and his wife Inês de Castro made a significant contribution . He also researched the history of the Alcobaça monastery and local ethnography.
