Manulife Place is a 146 meter high office building and shopping center in Edmonton , Alberta , Canada . The building was completed in 1983 and designed by architects Clifford Lawrie Bolton Ritchie Architects . It is located on 102 Avenue and 101 Street.

The two-story shopping center includes several shops, restaurants, cafes and other facilities. It is connected to the City Center and Commerce Place by the Skywalk Bridge.

The building was the tallest in Edmonton until the end of 2010. In 2011, the building was replaced by the new Epcor Tower with a height of 149 meters.
