Marat Fachrislamowitsch Murtasin
Marat Fachrislamowitsch Hazrat Murtasin ( Russian Марат Фахрисламович Муртазин ; born December 26, 1957 in Kazan ) is a personality of Islam in the Russian Federation. He was the President of the Moscow Islamic University, founded in 1999, and is the Deputy Chairman of the Mufti Council of Russia .
